When can I apply?The application process begins in late June of each year. Coupons are provided at the time the application is done. Distribution is done on a first come, first served basis and lasts until all coupons are gone. Apply early as some offices run out very quickly. Coupons are valid for the one market season and expire on October 31. How do I apply?
